In a video posted on Instagram, YFN Lucci detailed an incident he says happened Friday at DeKalb County jail, where he has been since February on a nude-chasing charge. Jail officials and prosecutors won’t comment directly on Lucci’s allegations, but they say they can’t confirm or deny whether anyone is facing criminal charges because of a state policy that keeps such information confidential until charges are formally filed. A spokeswoman for DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston said prosecutors are awaiting autopsy results before moving forward with the case.
