The passing news of Dr Ali Birra came into existence on the same day when he took his last breath on Sunday, 6th November 2022. According to the reports, Ali Mohamed Bira was one of the most commemorated musicians who sang about past memories and love, at the time of the early years in Afaan Oromoo.

His music had the ability to touch our hearts and that is why people showered their immense love on him and now his death news is affecting us. According to the reports, Dr Ali Birra perished in Adama Hospital on Sunday. He was born in the year 1950 in Dire Dawa City. He was engaged with music since the age of 13 and he became part of Afran Qallo band in his teenage. The reports further suggested that Ethiopian Artist was taking treatment for diseases and was admitted to the hospital a few weeks back.

However, it is not known from which disease he was suffering. Well, whatever the reason is, his death news has shattered many of his fans and Ethiopians, particularly Oromo individuals are in deep pain. The late artist created his 1st album in the year 1971, as per the media outlet, this album marked the first music album in Oromo music. After that, he gave many hit music albums to the music industry which include, “Gamachu”, “Asabalee”, “Hin Yaadin”, and “Ammalelee”. Apart from he gave many other music albums which were extremely hit amongst Oromo people. Most of his fans are now feeling extremely sad they would not be able to listen to his voice again but happy with the thought that he gets freed from all the pain from which he was suffering.
