South Carolina Shaken By 3.6 Magnitude Earthquake
As per the United States Geological Survey, the magnitude of the tremor was around 3.5. On Sunday, 26th June 2022, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources stated that an earth tremor was spotted in the same place as the ones. Apart from this, 4 more earthquakes, which was varying from 1.5 to 3.4 magnitude. The USGS has asserted 2 shocks, both at around 07:22 PM. One aftershock was 1.5 magnitude and the 2nd one was around 1.8 magnitude. The 2 tremors occurred at different times in a similar minute. This earthquake was the 7th tremor of the day. This week around 12 earth tremors have been spotted. A media outlet receives reports that individuals feeling tremors all over the central Midlands and up close to the Charlotte area.
