Who Is Peter Kalmus?
Last week during the protest, Kalmus and his fellow scientists along with some fellow workers were arrested for no particular reason. They were peacefully doing their protest and making people aware about not using certain types of fuels as it corrodes the earth to a larger extent. The speech that Kalmus delivered compassionately about climate afterward he got arrested and this whole incident was recorded and posted on social media platforms. Just after they were arrested the video went viral and created a huge buzz among everyone how could someone get arrested just for doing a social awareness and silent protest against the fuel that’s not goofing for the earth as well as a human community?

Chase bank is a type of fossil source wuth the worst inflammatory response making huge exploitation to the earth. Its preparational expenditure is more than the fuel value on use so Kalmus just asked people not to use it and to start using power fuel to decrease the exploitation of the earth. His fellow scientists and activists chose the main branch building of Chase company for doing their protest and were intentionally charged with an arrest warrant for them by the company in reply to the protest. Even in an interview, Kalmus said he started protesting because chase company didn’t listen to him about changing their raw source of fuel so that it can decrease the damage caused by it.

But company men neglected his points and he was compelled to protest. During the course, protest cops were called out for arresting all of the scientists and climate activists as they were affecting the office environment. Though they were released quickly due to public pressure as they did nothing wrong in that protest. After that, when Kalmus got released from the police station, he wrote another article for the public. In his article, he asked everyone to take some steps forward in making the earth a lively place. Everyone was asked to be a little bit of awareness do’s and don’ts towards climate, environment, and earth. We all must try to change our habits so that earth can remain long-lived and a better place to be lived on.
